How we bridge the Gap for Expansion into China

1. Initial Phone Consult
We begin with a consult to discuss product viability, learn your story, and understand your brand. We also send early feelers to our distribution partners to align interests.

2. Distributor Interest
Once interest is shown, we prepare a detailed pitch deck highlighting the brand’s history, story, and why it fits the Chinese market.

3. Distributor Review & Analytics
Distributors review the pitch deck, study analytics, and assess market viability. We typically identify the best-fit distributor at this stage.

4. Product Samples & Feedback
Samples are arranged to assess logistics (air/sea, temperature control, etc.) and gather market-specific feedback on flavors, colors, styles, and preferences.

5. Manufacturer Commitment
We work with the manufacturer to secure commitments and gather feedback on projected demand.

6. Distribution Contracts
Two contracts are prepared:

• XJJT & Manufacturer: covering product quantities, territories, brand integrity, and exclusivity protections.
• XJJT & Distributor: aligning distributor obligations with manufacturer requirements.

7. Marketing Preparation
We gather marketing assets, tutorials, and information to launch brand awareness efforts.

8. Operational Alignment
Together with the manufacturer, we establish lead times, ordering processes, and ensure production capacity can handle increased demand.

9. Ordering & Launch
Ordering begins, yearly purchase requirements are activated, and distribution flows into the Chinese market.

10. Ongoing Support
XJJT maintains communication between manufacturers and distributors, travels to China to support partners, and provides market feedback to help manufacturers prepare for growing order volumes.
